Return Policy

We want you to be completely happy with your order. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept your timely return of unworn or defective merchandise. We cannot accept returns after 15 days of your receipt of the merchandise.

We proudly offer a guarantee that every AYDA&CO purchase meets our high standards of quality.  This guarantee is a six month repair policy for the structural function of our bags under normal wear and tear and anything that may be the result of any manufacturing defects.  Cosmetic issues are not covered under our repair policy.  Proof of purchase is required. 

  • Please note: All SALE items are FINAL SALE.
  • Regular priced items MUST be returned to AYDA&CO within 15 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unused and in perfect condition.
  • All custom orders FINAL SALE.
  • Ship insured with the package securely wrapped.
  • Shipping and handling on returned merchandise is non-refundable.
  • Please allow 1-2 weeks for returns to be processed.
